The HYDRA BIG RLH 90 MCR Cartridge (Code: RA5001010) is an original spare part from the Italian brand Atlas Filtri, designed exclusively for high-flow self-cleaning filtration systems of the HYDRA BIG series.

This component stands out for its automatic backwash capability, which allows it to expel retained sediments without needing to disassemble the equipment.

1. Ordinary filtration: Water flows from the outside to the inside of the cartridge, trapping sediments in the polyester mesh.
2. Backwash operation: When the filter's lower drain valve is opened, the sudden pressure drop moves the cartridge downwards. 
3. Flow reversal: Water is guided under pressure from the inside to the outside of the cartridge, quickly detaching and expelling all accumulated impurities to the drain.
